Shipping Policy
🔹We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
🔹Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other reliable international couriers, depending on your region.
🔹A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
🔹Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Extra charges may apply for remote destinations or special shipping requests.
Return & Refund Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.

Return conditions:
🔹Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
🔹A return request must be made within 14 days after receiving the item.
🔹A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation is required.
Non-returnable items:
🔹Custom or made-to-order products
🔹Items that have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete
🔹Discounted or clearance items
Refunds:
🔹Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
🔹Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
🔹Please note, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
